YOUR DATA CONTROLS

Disconnect.
Request deletion.

Stopping an integration and deleting information are different actions. Here is how to do each.

1. Disconnect Gmail in Pulseboard

In the application, open My Profile → My Email Accounts, choose the connected Gmail account and select Disconnect. The current workflow removes that connection’s stored credential and associated offer-thread links, and attempts to revoke Google access.

2. Remove Access in Your Google Account

Open Google Account Connections, select Pulseboard and remove its access. This is also useful if Pulseboard reports that it could not confirm revocation. Gmail messages and files already held by Google remain in Google unless you delete them there.

3. Ask Us to Delete Information Held by Pulseboard

Email hello@914musicgroup.com with the subject Pulseboard Data Deletion Request. Include the email used for your account, the relevant workspace, and whether you want connection data, specified records or your account reviewed for deletion. Do not send passwords or OAuth tokens.

We will establish your identity and authority proportionately, identify the relevant records and explain any necessary retention or limitation. If your organisation is the controller, we may need its instructions or help you contact the right administrator. Rights requests are handled within applicable legal time limits.

4. Understand What May Remain

Disconnecting does not recall sent messages or delete recipients’ copies, issued offers, customer documents, send receipts or all audit records. Those records and any backup copies require their own retention and deletion handling. Where information must be retained for a lawful reason, it remains restricted to that purpose. Production backup expiry periods must be confirmed before launch.

For the wider explanation, read the Privacy Policy’s retention section.
